Douglas Franz, O.D.

Douglas Franz , O.D. Dr. Franz received his Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. He has served as an optometrist for the United States Air Force in various locations and most recently at Whiteman Air Force Base, in Missouri. Dr. Franz has 19 years experience in the provision of all aspects of primary optometric care including routine eye care and contact lenses fitting. He will be seeing patients in both the Malone and Plattsburgh offices.
