Dafler , M.D. Dr. Dafler, born and raised in Wapakoneta, Ohio, is a board certified ophthalmologist and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Louisville. Dr. Dafler also studied medical conditions of the Hopi in Arizona and also did an extended pathology fellowship while at Yale. Dr. Dafler brings over 25 years of Ophthalmology experience to Eye Care for the Adirondacks. Patients can be scheduled to see him at the Eye Care for the Adirondacks Malone office 14861 State Rt. 30, telephone 483-0065. Dr. Dafler will perform most of his cataract surgery at Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone. Dr. Dafler is a staff member at Alice Hyde Medical Center.
